PLOT SUMMARY –
Being one of the most popular manga series across borders, which originated in Japan. The most essential part of this series is that the plot is impulsively different from the original. Introducing us with new characters and the plot story being different is one of the major reasons that makes this drama binge worthy.
The plot focuses on a few parasitic creatures with unknown origin coming to earth and attaching themselves with humans as their hosts. As these parasites come with a purpose of killing and eating humans which show no remorse to the brutal killings they do. Story also unfolds around Su In who deliberately becomes a mutant when she is attacked by the parasite. Which gives purpose to her life and together being stronger they build a compatible relationship creating one of the most important characters throughout the drama.
FIRST IMPRESSION –
This is a binge watch drama, that was my first impression as it caused a major shift in the story line and this being said , the story is very fast paced. Every event folds quickly and efficiently making this drama extremely engaging.
CHARACTERS –
SuIn being our protagonist who becomes infected with the parasite, despite other challenges in life she comes up as a strong mutant making a joint partnership with the parasite , overcoming her fears together.
PACE OF THE STORY –
Pace of the story is insanely fast which makes the story more enjoyable and amazing.
MOST ICONIC SCENES –
The scene where both SU In and the parasite which they call heidi have a conversation in the dream of SuIn makes it one of the most iconic scene , which depicts how ones weakness be omes others strength.
CLIMAX –
The climax was good. The final battle that kills the parasite , calls for an amazing cameo which also works assumable cliffhanger of Shinichi Izumi and his right arm, giving us a hint of pre-assumably a second season.
WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THIS SERIES –
The story line and the fast plot is one of the best features of the drama making it unique and captivating. The plot is different from the original manga.
